As a physician, she is down to earth and attentive. She answers all my questions; and I always feel like we're on the same page. She is able to take care of my son and daughter equally. It is never an issue coming to the doctor for my 4 or 2 year old, they enjoy it; even for shots. The nurses are amazing, the office is clean and modern. Staff is friendly, sometimes there can be a wait, but Dr. Bess always gives my family the time they need.
