Is it possible to give less than a 1 star? Our apartment manager is a joke. They never know anything or can help with anything. Then to call RAK and speak with management there is nonexistent. You can't turn people's water off, not notify them, keep it off all day or after 5pm and then have an attititude when residents ask for information. I've left several messages with RAK asking to speak with a manager of the business, not the manager of our apartment complex and I get return phone calls from the same idiotic manager and ... read more

The office ladies seem to be the only "decent" thing about this company. The office vs maintenance team seem to have a terrible communication and don't seem to know where they are. From what I can tell with a short period of time living at my rental, maintenance team is terribly awful doing their jobs. I'm half tempted to apply at RAK as a maintenance member and get pay to do nothing! The so called "24 hour maintenance emergency line" does not work because no matter if your house is flooding everywhere, it will not be consid... read more
