Dr Makim has been preventing me from having a knee replacement for a few years now.I needed one awhile ago but we've held it off with cortisone injections, the HA injections. I've also gone to physical therapy and have finally come to the point where I do need the surgery next year, 2025. I'll be posting here afterwards.
Dr. Makim and the staff were great and my shoulder surgery was a success. My experience was all positive.
Dr. Makim is always great! I have seen him for knee issue and a broken finger. He is always knowledgeable and knows how to help. Definitely Recommend him!

He really listens to my concerns and questions and has a great, personable vibe which puts us at ease with the whole process. Both my husband and I have been in his care and have had him perform surgery on us at one time or another over the past 20 years. We highly recommend him. We love Dr. Makim!
I was hesitant giving PH Ortho another chance because of a previous appt with a PA but I’m glad I did because Dr Makim was wonderful. Explained everything clearly & gave me the time I needed.
