Needed a routine colonoscopy & went with Dr. Rajesh Joseph, M.D. at Norton Commons...best medical decision I've made in years. Warm and personable, Dr. Joseph made me feel confident & safe with the upcoming procedure and afterwards, took his time explaining the results & follow-up instructions. Entire hospital staff was great & very friendly. Thank you Dr. Rajesh! I'll be sure to recommend you to anyone needing a great gastroenterologist! ...and a big thank you to RN Maria who took care of me!
He is extremely nice and thorough with his questions. He come highly recommended by a former nurse of Norton's. She said Dr. Joesph is the only GI doctor she trusts. The other staff members were nice as well.
He is an amazing physician. Took care of my progressive diverticulitis with biannual flare ups. Been pain free over a year now. Disregard those negative comments about his mannerism. As a nurse at a local hospital, my fellow coworkers and myself find him as one of our favorites. He is nice and courteous and takes the time to listen to you. Those that say otherwise lead miserable lives.
Dr. Joseph is the only GI specialist who could diagnose me. I seen a total of 4 GI doctor's and Dr. Joseph was the only doctor who properly diagnosed me. Thanks to him, I have been symptom free for 3 years now. I have recommended him to everyone I know with GI issues. He is very knowledge in his field and very thorough. He will likely do extensive testing, but that is because he does not leave one stone unturned. I call him "Saint Joseph" and am so thankful for his expertise.
I didn't have any problems talking to him and explaining my condition. He listened and we talked about a plan of treatment. I would recommend him and/or his office.
Glad to see a review on here that I'm not the only one. He's awful. I almost fainted in his office and could barely walk from a severe flare yet he sent me home and just two days later I got him to finally hospitalize me because I finally started vomiting as well as the other horrible symptoms. Once hospitalized, another Dr from his office came to see me and him and all the hospital staff told me had I waited another week I'd probably be dead! He's rude and condescending! Stay away! This doctor's bedside manner & approach is extremely negative. When I raised any questions or concerns he became very defensive & confrontational. I changed doctors.
