Had a very painful procedure on both feet no pain relief not told what was done and now in horrible pain with no way to reach out to Dr. York. Not happy. Can't even rate.
Was referred to this doctor by my primary doctor. I don't know about the rest of you but you don't go to see this kind of doctor because your feeling good and in fact might be in pain. So, when I encountered Dr. Monfils office staff I found them to be unsympathetic, unempathyic, angry, and rude. In fact after having gone back and look at the reviews I see this is a standing issue others have had with his office staff. I said, No thanks to this doctor. This is NOT what i signed up for and dont need any additional pain.
I was referred to Dr. Monfils by my primary care physician. Dr. examined me and told me that surgery was not necessary at this time. A surgeon who didn't do a surgery. He has also done a preventive procedure on me in the past.
Always pleasant, staff is wonderful, waits are short. Has performed three replacement surgeries and I am a new person! Couldn't be happy and moving without you. Thank you Dr Jain and staff
Dr Monfils did my surgery for a vesectomy done last year. Went well until I had to go to ER when I was recovering because I was in so much pain. Found out that I have a hematoma on my growing. I went back to dr. Monfils and explain the situation. He told me he would help me but then he refused to help due to no insurance. It’s been a year till this day and have not been able to get him to help me out. Very disappointed and still in pain.
I met with Dr. Jain for a consult and he has a very nice personality, he listened to my concerns and we drafted an exercise plan to work out bursitis. I would not hesitate to visit him again or recommend others. He was very comfortable to talk with and I visited the Rochelle office.
I found Dr. York and crew to be very thorough and informative. I felt like I was prepared well for my procedure and the fact that I experienced very little pain throughout the entire process is a testament to a job well done.
I delayed having a hip replaced until I couldn't walk without pain or stand up straight. My primary care doctor suggested I go to the "best", Dr. Jain. I had been suffering for 5 years. Within 6 weeks of surgery, I could stand straight and walk without pain. My energy level has increased 10 fold. I can walk quickly and I have lost weight. My physical therapy was a very helpful part of recovery. I will not hesitate to have a second hip replacement should it become necessary.
Warm and friendly with my kids. Treated my 11 year old with kindness and humor. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and knew accurately and quickly what she needed for her ankle. It was great to meet him! Thumbs up!
