Only giving one star because I have to give a star. My child was not seen at this clinic, but at another by this doctor, her bedside manner is terrible. Instead of tackling the problem at hand, she focus first and foremost on my child’s weight not the reason causing it, which is why she was there in part. But immediately jumped into seeing a nutritionist and being on a diet instead of finding out what my child actually eats and does for exercise, which is better than most adults. Patient and attentive. Very caring and proactive.
Dr.Prabhakaran is so amazing with our child. She is thorough with her examinations and always answers our and our child's questions (no matter how silly they might be) truly grateful to have her overseeing my child's health. Thank you.
Terrible doctor, and I'm not sure where these reviews are coming from. Every time we visit, she gives us misinformation about the charts. And the call "followups" come a few months later, after we've already received labs. We also wait a very long time in the waiting room and she only spends a maximum of ten minutes in the room, where half the time she's reviewing the chart.
