If you are not an older adult seeking a spinal fusion, I would highly recommend avoiding this practice and hopefully saving yourself some time and money... After 6 years of cervical disc issues, I can confidently say that my experience with Dr. Raj Rao was my most disappointing medical examination(s) to-date. Perhaps I should have taken the Google Reviews as a red flag. My favorite Google Review is from someone who only has 1 review in the United States and calls Dr. Raj "a highly skilled professional, I am told." Apparently... read more

Dr. Rao took a genuine interest in my situation. Couldn’t be more pleased.
Customer service is lacking when you call to schedule an appointment. Very off putting. I will not schedule with this provider based on my experience.
