Hello my name is Marisol Ronfini Martinez, I am currently at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital & Medical Center... I came into the ER for a abdominal pain that felt like needles puncturing inside... Upon being at the ER for 11 long hours ... the ER Doctor informed me I had pneumonia in my left lung & also infection he explained I would need to stay at the hospital for 3 days to receive antibiotics and treatment so the lung pneumonia doesn't turn into a mass and would need surgery. It’s a HORRIBLE office! Don’t see how they are open or this doctor is in practice. I had to switch doctors because the Doctor refused to see m, said he was too busy. I was recently diagnosed with Cancer that I could have caught if he would have just seen me. I had been trying to get an appointment for months. The only ones who would even pick up the phone would be these aweful front desk staff. Rude, neglective, and utterly manipulative. This is by far the worst office. Switch your insurance. Luckily I will be fine and seen.... read more
