Raissa and Alex are a great team.Me being older and haven’t sold a home in a while can be very scary. I contacted a lot of realtors, but I felt they were the best realtors to go with by far.They were both very kind and patient with me and went through the whole process. Maybe even a few times since I didn’t understand. They made the experience very easy and no stress. I would recommend Raissa and Alex to anyone that is looking to sell or buy a home.

I have to start by saying that we felt truly blessed to have had Raissa as our realtor. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of purchasing a new home. Top professional yet so personable. She made us feel very comfortable and we always had her full attention. We had so many questions and whenever we text her she always responded immediately. Even so kind as to pick us up when we had a flat tire on our way to the condo for the appraiser. Thank you Raissa for all you've done for us !

Raissa and Alex were the absolute best realtors to work with. I am out of town and they were able to take care of everything I needed, including getting contractors into the apartment to clean it out and also coordinated with the township to close out an open permit. They truly went above and beyond in taking care of EVERY detail needed. In addition, they saved us $28,000 in closing costs by working with the Association and the board of the unit. Raissa and Alex are phenomenal!
