Came in to order some food on July 7th at 4pm. Was very hard to hear the person who was taking my order because two other employees were near her talking very loud and about unprofessional work subjects. When I tried giving them feedback on how unprofessional that is and how hard it is for the person taking the orders to hear. She then just made a face and closed the window in my face. Preston is utterly annoying. For the love of everything, management, please stop having him ask people to “do him a favor and fill out the survey.” I’m never going to fill out the survey, but I am on the verge of never coming to Cane’s again.
Just went through the drive through and got 2 3 fingers boxes and asked for salt with the order. When we got to the window I asked was salt in the bag and the lady said yes and closed the window in my face and walked off. When I looked into the bag there was NO salt. I waited for a bit before she finally returns to greet me with a YES?! I said calmly there was no salt in the bag, she then responds with......"you didn't asked for any'.
