Do not waste your money. I finally decided to try this location. Huge mistake. It was super slow. Nobody in front of me or behind me in the drive thru. My food had been obviously cooked a long time before I had arrived. When I got home and tried to eat it. It was beyond cold. The chicken fingers were ice cold. The coleslaw was warm, Texas toast was hardly cooked and the fries tasted like they had sat for hours before I ordered. Horrible is putting it lightly. It's thr Cowboys canes what's not to love.
We ordered thru drive thru, paid and was told to pull around front with hazard on which we did. After waiting 15-20mins, watching other cars receiving their food, I went inside. They had nothing for us. The young manager was apologetic and put our order in. This location was extremely busy and full of a church youth group, which I was happy to see, making the wait worth it.
Went on a pretty busy night like a Saturday, it was the best tasting, freshest Canes I’ve ever had. Only critique is that I ordered the Post Malone combo which is four tenders, fries, two toasts and two sauces. Instead of getting two toasts I got one and a coleslaw. And I only got one sauce. So, other than having to go back in I can definitely say it’s probably the best Canes in Dallas.
