It took really long for the food to come out, and they put all the orders out at once rather than serving them on time in queue. The last customer got it immediately while me and another customer had to wait for the food to come out together. Urgency and timeliness needs improvement.

My children drop off the sauce on the ground then i talk to the cashier if he give me one sauce he says I need to pay $.42. It's terrible.
