Chicken was good, nothing insane, but the staff were exceptional
While ordering asked for extra crispy, waiting extra 5 mins and order looked raw. Shocked. I feel horrible sending food back, but it was basically undercooked. I showed the server he apologized. Asked for extra crispy again, unfortunately order was returned the same. Undercooked. Disappointing. I love Cane’s but unfortunately this location is the worst.
I went in the evening time and all chairs had been removed, so everyone was standing at their tables. I thought the service was efficient, and I wasn’t waiting too long. The food tasted good.
First time visitors to raising cane's. Wasn't overly impressed by the food. Also no seating which wasn't great after walking across DC to get there
