Incredible personal training and group classes! Ashley's strength training group class is like having a personal trainer with her attention to proper form with every individual. If you are like me and struggle to stay motivated when working out, then I would highly recommend joining Raise Fitness!
I met Ray last year on my quest to add strength training to my fitness program. I came with little knowledge and lots of questions. Ray listened to my goals and developed a custom program and cadence that works for my lifestyle. I attend group classes and personal training sessions weekly. Ray also designs workouts for me when I am traveling that really help keep me on track. What a difference a year makes! If you want to feel stronger on your health journey, don’t hesitate, meet with Ray, he is a true professional.
Ray and Ashley are amazing personal trainers. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, they make you feel comfortable when you're doubting yourself and your abilities. I am a mom with a busy life, average body and never really put my health first. I started training with Ashley almost 6 months ago, and I have never felt better / been happier. I love having a trainer because it motivates me to show up everyday even when I don’t feel like it. Ashley is always switching things up at our sessions, so it’s never the same or boring. My worst fear about starting to workout alone or even with a trainer was that I was going to be judged, but I have never once felt like that even going to her group classes. Amazing space with an amazing trainer! Ray offers great full body workouts and somehow finds the space to attend to each person and encourage them during group workouts. Highly recommend!
