Dr. Shekhtmeyster and her excellent crew always consider my comfort and my time. They have the highest recommendation possible from me - I bring my mother!
My visit could be summarized as a friendly, efficient and thorough. From the moment I walk through the door I am met with smiles and genuine greetings. I am never left waiting for my appointment and each step of my visit is painless. Dr. Shekhtmeyster evaluates each one of my teeth and checks in with me to ensure there aren't any problem areas. Trips to the dentist are no longer a chore, they're an enjoyable experience.
Extremely friendly and personable. Doctor Shekhtmeyster and her staff will be my permanent Dentist in NY, and I trust her with any of my dental work
This was a very pleasant, pretty neutral dentist experience. I was seen right away, she worked quickly, I was in and out in 30 minutes.
Wow. What an amazing office this is! I was greeted quickly and brought back by a very friendly assistant. Dr. Raisa's demeanor was very calming and she explained everything to me while she was working. She was very gentle and the entire appointment went smoothly. Definitely, a five star experience
Her receptionist, Lida, was also very friendly and helpful. I've found it fairly common that most doctor's offices have receptionists who seem to rather be doing anything else besides helping a patient. This was not the case here
I would like to compliment Dr. Shekhtmeyster for always being so pleasant and professional. She always does a great job and I would like her to know that it is greatly appreciated. What else can I say but I am VERY happy with everything about the A-Z Dental!
The staff from the receptionist, to the dental assistant, dentist, and financial services were extremely friendly and accommodating. My 6 year old daughter needed two teeth extracted due to overcrowding. After an initial exam with the dentist and dental assistant, I spoke with someone to receive a financial estimate (we have no dental insurance).They were able to get my daughter in right away...within 10-15 minutes of the initial consultation AND she was finished in another 15 minutes!
