I really appreciated the time they took to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. It was a very good experience and I was able to hear much better after their thorough hearing test and ordering hearing aids. They did not push me and let me make my own decisions which was great! I would definitely recommend their services.

He explained the test clearly before we began, including the sounds I would hear and exactly when to press the button. After the test, he took the time to go over my results in detail, including the percentage of my hearing loss, the options available to me, and the pricing.
