Rairdon has the worst Customer Service ever. would not recommend.
Scheduled a recall appointment for my truck, they called to get my VIN, I called the day before my appointment to see how long it would take. Only when I went to pick up my keys was I informed that they didn’t have the part. All they had done was a software campaign fix. I understand manufacturing is behind in many cases because of the Wuhan virus but it is unacceptable to not inform your customers that you don’t have the parts when you had ample opportunity to do so. I received a couple recall notifications in the mail. Checked with the parts department for availability of parts. Was told it would take two hours to complete said recalls. Also, I had them change my oil. Upon arrival, was told that it could take up to five hours for one recall and that a rental vehicle wasn’t in option. No attempt to rectify the situation was made. Brandon, I checked your vin number. You have 2 open recalls and we will need the truck for half a day or more to complete them. Seth helped us and did a tremendous job getting us into a much better vehicle than we expected. It was a quick and easy process. Nate is the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. No pushy super friendly helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and worked with us to make it come true.
