Real estate is all about location. Value is what you get for what you pay. I think this community is good value for what you pay. The property gets the job done. My suggestions for improvement? AFTER HOURS drop off for rent checks and mail for forwarding. Close the holes in fences being used by stray dogs and cats. Regulate poop from residents animals better. Improve on the trash collection because the trash dumpster overfills. Maybe one more dumpster? Parking is tight - I think they should reserve one space near each unit. ... read more
Everything was good nice
I I never left a review before I guess it’s the first time for everything. when I moved to this apartment it was pretty chill. Nothing crazy. I don’t know if the manager had always been this shady (Karla Solis) but they need the fire the whole crew. My car got stolen inside of the apartment complex with multiple cameras on August 3rd,2025. Cobros indebidos y mala atención Llevo 3 meses recibiendo cargos adicionales de $100 a $150 en mi renta sin ninguna explicación. He contactado a la administración varias veces y no han dado solución ni respuesta clara. Es frustrante y genera desconfianza. No recomiendo este lugar si valoras que tus pagos sean correctos y la administración responda y de solución a problemas reales.
