Unprofessional communication with roof inspector Brian. Unorganized system and does not have a good appointment system. They refuse to provide appointments and only provide the-day-of availability. Brian, the inspector will call 15 minutes before he’s available, which is so unprofessional and It took 2 months for our schedule to match due to lack of punctuality on their end. When Brian finally showed up, he was very rude and unprepared. Did not have all the tools needed for a proper inspection. Will not recommend.
Poor customer service and communication. Lack of concern or interest in addressing questions or problems with work performed by subcontractors and employees. Disappointing experience.
