HORRENDOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Saw “Dr” for 5 minutes. Refused to even look at me. Then sent me with a girl to some other office NOT Dr Rainwaters. I was supposed to be there for a 4-6 hour neuro test and left after less than hour due to the extreme hostility. When asking her to talk slower to understand her instructions she would get extremely angry and berate me..over and over again….then talk faster on purpose!!! I was referred by my physician to Dr Rainwater office for memory testing. I did not meet with doctor rainwater I met with his partner. The whole process was handled professionally even in the midst of the covid situation. I see some negative things said about them but keep in mind they're strictly there for testing and evaluation. They're not there to be your psychologist or psychiatrist. I will be returning to their office when needed.
I would never recommend Dr Giles. Knowing that my son has phobias, he referred him to a doctor on the second floor, built like a mall with a hollow center. Also, he did not provide him with anxiety medication even though he stated that he has increasing phobias. He referred him for testing to assist him in obtaining a program with behavioral modification. In my professional opinion, he needs to be stabilized in order for the behavioral mod to work
Dr. Rainwater was professional and competent. Communication was easy. The office was comfortable officer and staff was pleasant and helpful!
Dr Rainwater is very profession, very knowledgeable, and has been very helpful in increasing my understanding of myself and my behavior.
Folks I'm sorry. Do your self a favor. Stay away. The man is not going to help you. I have NO idea how this gentleman is able to practice. He is a scam.
I saw Dr. Rainwater for a psych evaluation. Before my tests he sat and talked with me for about 30 minutes and gave me great advise! I never felt rushed.. He took his time and answered all of my questions. He explained everything thoroughly. It was my first visit and I felt completely comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Rainwater to all family & friends. Susan
One visit =one horrible diagnoses. He seems to draw conclusions rapidly. Seemed to Diagnose with a predetermined agenda. I had to seek another psychologist to explain he could not make such evaluations after one appointment and I should disregard his written reports. The reports he gave me crushed my spirit. I felt worthless and a danger to myself and others. I had to seek another psychologist to work through his written evaluation and the second psychologist contradicted every diagnoses.
