Avoid Raintree Village. Despite being owned by HASCO—a HUD-affiliated agency with a mission to provide affordable housing—the agency and Allied Residential prioritize profits over tenants or whatever bogus reason it needs to keep raising rents perpetually. Over seven years, AR has consistently violated landlord-tenant laws with zero accountability from HASCO. In a word, Raintree Village (RTV) is unique. RTV was built in 1984. Its located near semi-industrial buildings, office buildings, Mariner Park & Ride, and a major grocery store chain is within walking distance. It has a growing homeless problem and grafititi problem. Some homeless people are doing meth or fentanyl near by. No tent cities yet. My one-bedroom is $1,392 a month. Parking costs $10 a month even if you don't have an automobile. Its located near semi-industrial buildings, office buildings, Mariner Park & Ride, and a major grocery store chain is within walking distance. My one-bedroom is $1,385 a month. Parking costs $10 a month even if you don't have an automobile. Covered parking (which is optional) is $25 a month. Water/sewer/garbage are $65 for a studio and $75 for a one-bedroom.
