Kevin the maintenance guy is a great guy and whenever you have a need for help if anything needs to be fixed or replaced, Kevin doesn’t hesitate to get it done and he is polite and he really knows how to be professional in his work and I wish I could give him 10 stars because what he did in fixing my stove and bathroom and my apartment door was amazingly done with expertise.. thanks Kevin for all you do and thanks for being the best… Sincerely Mr Townes ( a happy tenant here at Raintree Apartments…….
Still waiting a call back from a portfolio manager or the property manager regarding the bathtub caving in and having to walk across the parking lot to shower, because there was no wood or cement under the bathtub. 😊
