In a word, Raintree Village (RTV) is unique. RTV was built in 1984. RTV is located: near a semi-industrial and office buildings; near Mariner Park and Ride next to I-5; and a major grocery store chain is within walking distance. My one-bedroom is $1,395 a month (includes required $10 for numbered parking spot--even if you don't have a car or use it). Covered parking is $27 a month. Water and sewer are $65 for a studio and $75 for a one-bedroom. RTV only has studios and one-bedrooms, which makes it not kid-friendly. RTV is a ... read more

New review: after over 20years I moved out. It was a great price and easily done with proper docs and they removed everything. With my deposit plus pet fees I only owed 65 bucks and thank you! New management New review since it has been 5 years. Raintree village apartment. Changed owner 2 or 3 times now and the quality of renters is down. Dog feces where none should be. Rain gutters hanging sadly birds living in the upper floors. Sadly nothing probably will be done but it is inexpensive ish but apartments are 1 bedroom small... read more

In a word, Raintree Village is unique. I think RTV was built in 1984. To the south of RTV, it's semi-industrial and office buildings. To the east (about a block) is Mariner Park and Ride next to I-5. Safeway is half of a block to the northeast. The studios are unique and cost little to heat--especially if a studio is on the second floor in a building that has three floors. They took out the brick fireplaces in the one-bedroom units, as of September 15th, 2022, and put in an electric mantel fireplace with a remote control. A ... read more
