In a word, Raintree Village (RTV) is unique. RTV was built in 1984. Its located near semi-industrial buildings, office buildings, Mariner Park & Ride, and a major grocery store chain is within walking distance. RTV is a smoke free property. So not smoker or 420 friendly. My one-bedroom is $1,385 a month. Parking costs $10 a month even if you don't have an automobile. Covered parking (which is optional) is $25 a month. Plenty of parking so no need to park automobile on the street. Water and sewer are $65 for a studio and $75 ... read more

I submitted an application where I was approved so I paid $257. I gave the necessary documents but until I have to move on the 30th I still have not received a welcome letter. I am asking for a refund to allow me to find another place they tell me that it is not refundable yet it is them until now I have not received anything impossible to get them on the phone.

In a word, Raintree Village (RTV) is unique. RTV was built in 1984. RTV is located: near a semi-industrial and office buildings; near Mariner Park and Ride next to I-5; and a major grocery store chain is within walking distance. My one-bedroom is $1,395 a month (includes required $10 for numbered parking spot--even if you don't have a car or use it). Covered parking is $27 a month. Water and sewer are $65 for a studio and $75 for a one-bedroom. RTV only has studios and one-bedrooms, which makes it not kid-friendly. RTV is a ... read more
