Its a lovely place to live in the beautiful neighborhood of Ranchlands. The units are definitely older (1970s?), many with a wood burning fireplace, and so warm in the Calgary winters because of the insulation in the walls! The summers are great because (location) we have access to the whole network of walking paths in Ranchlands, and a pool also! Working old school fireplace! Trees coming into balcony and towering even over 3rd floor! Connecting to walking paths at the back which leads to pockets of wooded areas! Kind and reasonable management! The best apartment complex. We have so many memories. Where else will you get trees towering over you even when you are on 3rd floor and trees coming into your balcony. Walking path at the back is used by children a lot so even winters will be eventful.
