Awful fraudulent thieving shysters. Do not rent from these crooks. They prey on the less fortunate. This company needs to be put out of business. They will invent reasons to require a ridiculous deposit amount and then double it when you move out to pay for the remodeling and upgrades they do for the new tenants so they can charge them more money. Shameless con artists Let's shut them down!
I’d give them 0 stars if I could! Rented from them for 7 years. Trying to take over 3/4 of our deposit, and charging rediculous amounts for “estimated” costs. Read up on your tenant laws if you decide to rent from them, that’s all I suggest! Don’t sign anything until you do and take TONS of pictures like I have. They are crooks that steal your money even if you take care of the property and treat it like it’s gold.
