I had them do some work last year via my home warranty company. they were prompt and friendly and did a great job. This past weekend I had another issue, and I called my home warranty company (First American) who were not helpful at ALL to start. they "couldn't locate a contractor" and were going to leave me without power to half my house for over a week. Raintree was hired through my daughters home warranty company. From the get go they had a hard time getting a hold of him to get things fixed at their house. When he finally did show up, he replaced an attic fan, a few months later their house caught on fire because of that fan. We are unsure if it was because of the part he purchased or how it was intsalled. They tried to contact Raintree for months, even had an attorney through their insurance company try and contact him with no luck. If I had the option, I would not use t... read more
