Nice, New, Friendly Known for its debut in Dumb and Dumber as a set, this complex has a zillion ducks in spring winding down its creek and picnic area. The people are nice here and the facilities are fair. The office is always bustling with free treats, and every complex sponsored paries and barbeques every other month.
Dont even think about it! Ok... if you thinking about moving here... There are many better choices!! IF you wanted to know the person below most likely works for raintree or dave freeman. He commented on other properties they own and made negative remarks on other apartments near them all on the same day. 20+ reviews same day, sounds like someone had some extra time with some extra motive. just beware, i might not be right. Lets start with the negatives. The management= Terrible. The manager has the Fat Old and Angry syndrom... read more
Looks Like Rain at Raintree First off Raintree is a little far from campus, and it's a little steep as well. But some nice amenities include free popsicles and drinks at the office as well as a nice little duck pond and creek that have ducklings out every spring. The apartments are spacious but sometimes have shady tenants. As this is closer to UVSC than it is to BYU, there is a fair mixture between to two groups. The lack of phone/internet jacks outside the kitchen make it rather of a hassle too.
The uncommon Raintree This facility is an atrocity and they rip you off every other day. Management is the rudest I have ever seen and is completely disrespectful to residents. Living here has been one of the worst experiences and I strongly recommend NOT signing anything with them.
