Went to Raintree about a month ago I thought they stole all the change out of my truck but I wasn't sure how much change I actually had. I gave them a second chance today and they reaffirmed what I thought by stealing all of my change once again! terrible employees there the wait took forever and they do a poor job for the money you pay. I will definitely never do business there again.

My girlfriends dad has been coming here for years and has never lost his trust in this place until the other day when one of the workers stole his IPOD. SO THANKS, RAINTREE! Maybe consider keeping an eye on the thieves you have working for you?
I went to Raintree today. I had one hour before I needed to pick up a grandchild from school. I inquired as to how long the process would take. I was assured I would be done in 45 minutes. 35 minutes later I checked status of my car. It had not even made it to the wash tunnel. I asked the person at the register if I could just get my car and a refund as I could not chance being late. I had my truck serviced and wanted to get my truck washed. I drove by Raintree and it didn't look to busy so I went over there. The people are nice but the actual car wash is horrible, especially on a dark vehicle. I ALWAYS end up having water spots all over the truck and the back of my truck is usually still dirty, like it didn't make it through the wash. This time when the gal called out "done".
