Will never go back! They left grease on my brand new car and deep scrapes on the car... Called them out on it and never got a call from the owner... Will never return...
I paid extra to have a mat cleaned, and the ultimate wash. Outside looks great, inside the mat was not cleaned.. none of them were touched, still muddy, my touchscreen was filled with the same fingerprints as before, and there was still dust on the dash. I will not go back, I feel as if I have to inspect it and then chase down someone to tell them they did not do a good enough job each time I go.
RecommendedThank you Rain Tree Car Wash for having such honest workers. I left something of value in my car and the person that vacuumed my car seta it on my seat so I can see it. Several of the workers cleaned my car after it was washed and the item was untouched. I am very thankful that they were so honest.
Car still covered in bird poop dog hair all over still and on my way to buy a new mat for my brand new car they swear was missing
My truck was absolutely filthy inside and out. For $20 they made it look brand brand-new. Also he got some shoe polish off the window that I couldn't get off. Highly recommend this place they did a great job
My car came in without scratches and left with all kinds. So did the car in front if me. Instead if realizing maybe the equipment had a problem they proceeded to say I just didn't know what I was talking about and wanted me to look at her car that gets "washed there every week" and does'nt have scratches. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
The owner of this business has no clue how to run a respectable business. She treats her employees like the bottom of her shoe and has no intentions to truly service the customer. Please don't fill her pockets with your hard earned money!
Never taking my truck worst place ever owner is rude. Took my truck to get washed yesterday morning my seat was working just fine. To get back in after they told me it was ready to drive off went to adjust my seat that was pushed all the way to be wheel to find out my seat will no longer go back talked to supervisor on duty for them to tell me they can’t do nothing to help me fix it the 16year old vacuuming my truck told me I pushed it all the way forward and when it was time to make the seat go back to vacuum the front that... read more
