Nothing but horrible experiences at this place while renting there for a couple years. Manager broke numerous laws involving people coming inside units without written verification, raising rent over 10% within a year due to a "guest fee" on top of a raised rent fee, refusing doctor signed service animals due to absolutely no dog policy, and false parking violations put on vehicle numerous times. My husband and I live at Raintree Apartments for just shy of 2 years. We absolutely loved our time there while searching for our retirement home. The grounds were so beautiful with oak trees lining the property and giving the property a park like setting. So peaceful and quiet! Only noise were the turkeys that roamed the grounds which was fun to see. My fiancé and I moved into 1000 Sibley a few weeks ago. The manager was professional and the stress of moving was made easy. Property is beautiful with lots of greenery and hidden away on a quiet side street, but also close to EVERYTHING. Our apartment is 2 bedrooms with nice granite counters and lots of light. Nice neighbors - couldn't be happier.
Owners keep outside fixed up but old AC units, old pet stained carpet and plumbing (leaks & mold) are big issues.. roaches and spiders are ongoing. Owner(wife)argumentative. Won't follow own lease rules..
