I could not recommend a better place to live in Cedar Rapids! I stayed in 2 br and one bath in Raintree Apartments for about a year. I would have been happy to stay here for longer but moved out of state. I had a service cat as well. From the beginning, Jane was quick with communication and helpful. When we moved in, the apartment was clean with everything functioning. Jane also showed us where the laundry room (coin laundry) was for our unit.
