They did great on fixing the leaky sink. The did take a minute to get around to it. but I would contribute that to them having a maintenance for other things pre-scheduled around the same time.

The lady at the front desk is super nice: I own a cleaning company and we did a move out last week for one of your tenants who had moved, I couldn’t find the building but the lady at the front desk was super sweet and assisted. Great place! 5 stars!
Requested a maintenance request in the morning, came home from work and it was fixed. No problem
