Very thorough. The project went very fast and looks great. Just got my fortified certification and permit inspection approval with no changes required. They were the only company that addressed ventilation requirements. They were also cheaper than most of the competitors while offering labor in the warranty. Would definitely recommend again.
Way overdue review, but wanted to commend this company for the work they performed in saving our home. Garrison, Chris, and the entire crew are extremely professional, thorough and, most importantly, trustworthy! I trust these guys wholeheartedly and have recommended them to others in our neighborhood. I am not one to shower others with praise for their work, but these guys deserve that and much more. Had appointment for Monday the 8th between 1:00-2:00 pm for estimate . Tried to call phone went to voicemail after he hadn’t showed or answered my calls. My wife called and he answered on the second ring . Definitely disappointed with this company scheduling time for an estimate then telling my wife it was my bad had you down for Tuesday . Seems as if they had no intention of coming after setting a time on Monday and refusing to answer the call I made at 1:55 pm that was sent to voicemail
