How refreshing to have a clean shaven, well dressed, and polite young man to inspect my guttering. Austin was on time as scheduled. Was very thorough with the inspection and discovered the problem as two bird nests (one on each end of guttering). Promptly removed them, replaced screen guards and great news of covered under warranty. I have used rain tech for my last three homes and couldn't be more pleased with their products and especially their service and professional.
