Came here to get a car wash vacuum out my car which is usually not bad they have a dog wash here before when I came here you just paid inside The dog wash part. Well I guess that changed and I didn't know. No pay first at office sign. A lady was in there cleaning saw me standing outside waited 5-8 minutes then she comes outside and asks did you pay yet I was like no I usually pay when I get inside in the machine oh well that has changed You have to go to the office. Would never go here again. I approached the attendant asking if this was a touchless car wash. He said yes it’s touch-less, I confirmed again that no brushes would be touching my new car. He confirmed again. It’s definitely an all touch car wash there’s nothing but brushes. I called the manager after and he said there’s nothing he can do about it, I still went through.
