From my first call to get someone to come out talk to me about my water, I was very pleased. Jason came out to my home, showed me what he thought would work for my well water. I have to say, I don't usually like when people are out trying to sell me something. I called them, and I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted. After paying around $6,000 for a system, and having it only a few months and it stops working, Riansoft wants to charge me a service fee of $75 or so for coming to fix whatever is wrong with it. I'm glad Rainsoft stands behind their company's product. You figure that after paying $6,000 for a system, they would offer 2 or 3 free home services or something of that nature. This purchase was the biggest mistake I have ever made.
