We have had rain soft now for about 5 months. Bobby came out did the test and we where shocked at what there system could do. Upon putting a almost 10000 dollar system in our house that we where told would take care of all of our problems. We have now ruined all of our silver-wear, plates, washer, dish washer, sinks, drains! We have left voice mails, e mails with pictures, called rain soft directly and can not get any help or compensation for this issue. We are beyond grateful for Bobby taking the time to come to our house to do the water test. We were shocked with the results and it was a deal we couldn’t refuse!
