I have had their system for years and was very happy until now. I have not had purified water for nearly 6 months. They were here 4 times now. Replaced the filters, one of them twice. Still no water. I asked that some one stay until it works, I was told it takes 2 hours but still no water. Something is wrong at rainsoft. I'm wondering if I need to get a system from another company.
We bought a new system from them 4 years ago. Never got a call about replacing filters. Set up an appointment to get filters replaced. They called the day before they were to come and canceled. Said we weren’t in their sales territory. Funny, they sold it to us! They should take care of it. I love the equipment, my husband used to sell it. Not happy with their service.

Our water softner broke in january and I did not notice it until march. They came out and fixed and a week and a half ago I submitted a claim and recieved it today. Great service and they were extremely helpful. If you need a water softner please call Rainsoft because they will take great care of you!!!!
Thieves!! I purchased a water softener system from them. We changed our mind after we paid for it, but before we took delivery. They refuse to refund our money for a product that we don't want and never got!BUYER BEWARE!
Old time business Just set up an appointment to meet with a Rep. When he got to my house, I was told because my husband was not home, I could not have the testing/demonstration done. This company won't do business with the "woman" of the house unless the "man" of the house is there too...Well guess what - you will NEVER do business with this house or any other house that hears about this.
