Had them come do a routine service on my water softener system. Called in and scheduled. It was easy to schedule. Come the day of service the tech called ahead to let me know an arrival time. 100% perfect. Tech showed up and did the work. Got everything finished and explained what he did. I wrote the check and he was on his way. Easy and quick service.

Complete 100% rip off. I was talked into purchasing the full system. Water Softener, Air Purifier, and Laundry Softener. Within the first few months, we knew we were completely taken advantage of. Just wait until you need filters changed and system services. Ha! Be prepared to drop a couple hundred dollars for nothing. I finally broke down and had them come out and service everything end of May early June of this year. This company is a complete RIP OFF. Don't even listen to them about scheduling a consultation. There water softener system cost $6k. so i dont recommend at all
