I bought a new water system from them, about a year ago. I have nothing negative to say about them. They call me all the time to check on me. To make sure the water is still good. I appreciate it, but sometimes it is a bit excessive. But what do you do. At least they seem to care

I am completely satisfied and very happy with my Rainsoft system. I have had it now for about seven months. I just love showing off my alkaline water that comes right out of my kitchen sink to my family and friends!

I have had my Rainsoft system for about 3 years now. I am very thankful for the office staff as well as the service technicians. I recently had a problem with my system and needed immediate assistance. The manager, Chris, was very helpful and assured me that he would make sure that I was taken care of. The ladies in the office were very understanding and the service guys were absolutely the best. My issue was resolved in a very timely manner.
Chris, the owner, was all too friendly and helpful when selling me the system and I had no real problems for the first few months. They make annoying "Just calling to see if we can do anything" phone calls. At one point, I received 3 calls within a 3 week period. I requested they stop calling me. The real issues started when I had a leak and requested service. I was told a service call is $150!
