Had this system put in 3 months ago promise my water would be better. I have well water ,very hard and sulfur was told no problem.... Water still smells and have more rust then before the system..... Once this was hooked up no one called to make sure everything is working well and the way it's suppose to be..... I have called several time about the problem and instead of sending someone out we as the homeowner have to do the work ..... For a 7000.00 unit I would expect clean ,none smelly water and better customer service ...... read more
Horrible customer service and product!
The equipment they put in keeps failing the last service guy they sent out dumped the pot perm from the unit in my drive way then never turned my water back on then never cycled the filter to make sure it was working properly they charged me 180.00$ for that so this morning I went to check my pot to see if it needed any added and there was about 5lb. of pot perm and the sponge was dry as a bone so that is how I know they never cycled any thing to make sure that it was running correctly so I call the office and they push it t... read more
I picked up a packet at Home Depot from rain soft all American water treatment to have my water checked. Supposed to only take up to 7 days. Today, 3 weeks later I recieved an unprofessional sloppy hand written note on a page from a note pad saying I didn't write my phone number down and they had my results and some questions. Although they had my address n email they didn't want to give the results that way? Upon reading reviews of these people it is not a very well liked business.
