I bought a Rid O Rust system from them to keep the minerals off my car. It worked for a while, but has not worked for 8-9 months and they haven’t fixed it. They say that they contacted the manufacturer and have not heard back. I have asked the owner to call but he won’t. Customer service is below par. The representative is nice, but the service is not
