Great experience with this company. New roof. All work done on time in one day. Excellent crew of men. Polite and respectful. Owners are great to work with. God fearing people. Price was great. Highly recommend. Cleanup was fantastic. They went over and above on a couple of trouble spots. Don’t hesitate to call them. Thanks guys.
GHOSTED!!! by Andy. He came two weeks ago to look at replacing a half dozen slates on my roof. He gave me the small company family business spiel and how many roofs they had done, talked a good game. Then I waited a week and a half with no response calling to voice opinion of how he regards his customers. I had used Rainmasters once before with great results, so when I had some water leaks around a window after the recent storms I reached out again. They were exceptionally responsive and Andy Weiss came by within 24 hours to assess the situation. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, courtesy and above all honesty. He advised me of what needed to be done and how to correct the situation. I HIGHLY recommend Rainmasters and will definitely use them again if the need arises. A+ in my book.
I have used Rainmasters for window replacement, a flat roof replacement, and capping and trim work. I have also referred them to my father and to my customers. They do great work, and you can tell they really take pride in their profession. Hard to find that now a days. I would recommend them.
Andy and his crew are top notch. They addressed my deck issue and came back to resolve anything that came up. Honest and great work ethic. Rainmasters is my go to company!
