Just ate from the food truck, and if it is anything to judge the "home base" from, you won't be sorry. The brisket was perfectly done, the pickled veggie 'slaw on the sandwich just finished it. Their sauces are made in house, and some of the best I've ever had. The house sauce is sweet ans smokey, and has just enough kick to remind you it's there. The "Voodoo" sauce is very similar, but has more texture and more kick. I was too chicken to try the "Dragon's Tongue" sauce. Excellent food, good prices, will definitely be eating... read more
