I had a great experience with Francesca of Rainier Title. I had a difficult reconveyance situation, that demanded a lot of patience, knowledge, and professionalism from Francesca. She handled it all amazingly. I would absolutely recommend Rainer Title to anyone needing title and escrow work.
Just had another closing with Janae Cutshall and Brad Reid. Their customer service is above and beyond with every transaction. As an investor who does multiple closings in a year it is great to have a team that is consistently over-delivering on service. It's the good-old fashioned type of care that used to be the norm.
