Lived in this complex with a family of 5 for almost 2 years. Great small community! Well kept grounds, playground for the kids, very observable, all the porches and balconies are facing the courtyard, so you can watch your kids easy and it feels safe. Nice neighbors! The favorite part was being in the middle of everything - shopping and dining, 3-4 mins walk! to the Tacoma Mall and yet tucked away with almost no through traffic. And you can't beat the price for the 2-br with garage included!
Best place I’ve ever lived. The land lady is extremely helpful and kind. The community is quiet and calm with a sense of safety.
It a good place and it ac does not work and it very hot
Very unfortunate experience with Pat Hatcher, the property manager. She is very elderly and fails to keep up the property. There is trash laying everywhere in the courtyard, and she refuses to hire an exterminator for the mouse problem. When I moved out she didn’t do a thorough inspection and then tried to tack on several charges at a much later date after I moved out. Renters beware!
Do not live here- the buildings are falling apart and when you leave you will be billed extensively. Of course, getting answers from management is troublesome
