Very customer service oriented from first contact to finish and follow up on roof. They even came by with a thank you pie and utensils with cutting board. Totally above and beyond! They made me feel valued and heard the entire time and plus they left me with a lovely roof that has relieved all of my anxieties in this area. Would recommend without reservation, reliable, friendly, trustworthy and no I am not related in any way :) They are just that good!

Rainguard Roofing did a spectacular job. The company was very professional, honest and completed the work in the specified time frame. The quote was very reasonable. Price quoted was the final cost of the project, no extra hidden costs or fees. The sales **** was very informative, knowledgeable and was not aggressive. They were great to work with. Had the best experience with Rainguard! They had me on the schedule in a timely manner, the gutters and chains look great, but most of all their customer service is exceptional! ****** is on top of everything! He goes above and beyond to answer questions and goes out of his way to be helpful for you as a customer even if it's beyond his job description. Rain Guard Roofing did a great job with my new shingles. They worked hard and kept my place cleaned up everyday. They were there when they said they would be there. The crew was exceptionally polite. I am impressed with this roofing contractor. I highly recommend Rain Guard Roofing.

Came out for a free estimate, and gave me time and attention to assess my roofing needs. Last minute I added 2 extra buildings to be reshingled and they worked up a new quote promptly for me. Advised me about when my project would be done, and delivered on time with outstanding results. Site clean up afterwards was great, and they came back to do a final review with me. Very impressed with their service and professionalism. I recommend them for anyone with roofing projects. A+! Thanks again Rain Guard.

A warning to the wise, be careful when selecting a roofing contractor. In 2016 I made a huge mistake and contracted with a contractor that left me with a mess. Each time the wind blew over 20 to 30 mph I would lose shingles that were not properly installed. Rainguard worked to repair the roof and did a wonderful job. I would call Rainguard hands down again. Excellent craftsmen and completive price.

Excellent work, friendly and considerate. Prompt and did what they said they would do. Also they were able to fulfil a deadline which I had. I really thank them and recommend them highly!
