While the place was cool, the food was just ok, I asked for no cheese on my food as I can't eat it and they made a big deal about it and ruined the experience. Just an FYI if someone has a food allergy, they most likely know what else they can and cannot eat, while I do not need a drawn out food "education" from your company, all I wanted was a salad with no cheese!
The first night we went there was a 55 minute wait with empty tables everywhere! We decided to leave a come back the next day! The next day we waited only 5 minutes! The food was great but the service was HORRIBLE!!! Three star only for the food! !!!!
Takes forever even on a week day. There's maybe 15 tables occupied and we've waited almost an hour just to get drinks. Never coming back to this location. Also the manager was very rude for laughing at the fact that I wasn't happy with the wait, and told us that there was really nothing she could do because it was put in the computer at a different time and must have seemed longer to me. From other reviews I've read I'm not the only one who has had the same experience.

We had an over 30 minute wait on a Monday afternoon. The server was not attentive... We had to literally beg for more service. The portion size was Very small for the price. I ordered the small ceasar. 6 crutons that couldn't be cut with a knife. Scimpy dressing and 4 strips of cheese. Music was so loud we were screaming to talk. 2 adults 2 children and 1 adult having only the small salad and water to drink was 60 dollars. Definitely not going to recommend and will not go back.
My kids and I went here for my youngest son's 18th birthday. We absolutely loved it. We were seated right away and the staff and service was excellent! My grandson liked the animals and thunderstorms. Cant wait to go back.
Folks make reservations before you go there! The food is delicious and the staff is great.
Horrible I actually went to go see the volcano and kept saying 7 then 730 8 came and nothing I'm really dissapointed you need to set up a correct time and keep it
This place is horrible. After putting our name on the waiting list, waiting an hour and seeing many other people just get seated, we finally got sat. The restaurant is freezing, so you can't even enjoy the experience of being here. We ordered a guacamole burger, bbq burger, a salad and 3 kids meals. You wouldn't think it would ANOTHER hour to get that, but it did. And what was the joy when I opened the burger???? A hair in the guacamole.
