Walked up and the guy wasn’t friendly at all nor did he say anything I had to tell him we needed a table for 4. We are a Landry’s member and was told it would be 30 minutes & they would text us about a table being ready . Go back an hour later and the other guy says he doesn’t know when it will be ready and it could be 2 or 3 more hours but they will send a text like they told us . Excuse me ? 😳We left and went to Roadhouse and still never got a text . Their staff is horrible!

Family friendly, great service.
Very slow service. Felt like only certain tables were catered too. Waiter James was horrible. Did not get ordered drinks. First time at this one and will not be back
atmosphere was cool, was kinda crowded and we had about a 45 min wait for a table, service was great
Got there 30 min early told us we had to wait and would call when they are ready never got a call we had a waiter that did great then we got our waitress and the service was horrible checked on us maybe 3 times in an hr and a half didn’t even see if we needed anything after we got our food but took about 30 minutes just to payout.
