We’ve never been to rainforest cafe before and definitely won’t be back (at least the grapevine location). We made a reservation and they failed to mention that none of the animals were functioning. In addition to the animal displays not working, they had only two types of the souvenir cups available even though they advertised they had five, the service was slow, waiter forgot to bring us multiple things, and the food is mediocre at best. So bummed because I’ve been looking forward to checking this place out.

Food is WAY over priced, the quality leaves to be desired. chicken tastes like fish! to add to our dismay there was a very long hair in my Nieces appetizer! The entertainment was great for the kids but I wont be returning!
