When we arrived we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. At least half the tables were empty. I asked if we could sit in the empty area near the bar since we had sacks/bags from the mall. We were seated immediately. Why not offer this option in the first place?!? I ordered a combo meal and asked if I could get regular fried shrimp instead of coconut and was told “sure”. Had a fantastic day celebrating the 4th of July with my granddaughters for lunch. They loved the engaging entertainment with the sights and sounds of the Rainforest Cafe!
Lamentablemente sigue siendo un restaurante, con una calidad muy pobre en sus alimentos. Se aprovechan de sus instalaciones, ya que es un lugar muy lindo y novedoso. La temática de selva. Les es muy atractivo a los niños. A mi hija le encanta venir aquí, a festejar su cumpleaños. Ya tenía dos años que no venía. Y sigue igual la calidad de sus alimentos. Ojalá ya lo cambien. Al igual que el menú. Llevan años. Igual!!! Y este problema es en las Vegas, Canadá, Orlando, san Antonio, Dallas TX. Y varios que he visitado.
We had a great time! Kids had fun the whole time we were there. And food was good! We probably go back again next time 👍🏽

We had a great experience today! Everyone was so accommodating & the chef even came out to discuss cooking around my food allergies. My boys loved it too!!
We have been to other Rain Forest Cafes and enjoyed it. We should have gone back to one of those. Our drink glasses stayed empty. We ordered an appetizer that didn’t take too long but she forgot the plates, by the time she got back with them we were finished (aka, long time). Drinks still empty. My 2 younger kids didn’t like their food (how do you even mess up Mac and cheese?!?), my oldest and I shared a meal and it was the worst steak I’ve ever had, their dad asked for tarter sauce for his fish and ASKED for a refill. Once the manager got involved, our visit was much better. No one greeted us when we walked in, our party of four requested onion strips and they said they didn’t know how to plug that into the computer and service was lagging. Food tasted good though!
Wait was a little bit long but thats expected for the weekend, the food was well worth it though, cozy atmosphere super delicious food, and great servers. First time here and we all loved it.
