Food ok only ok, a steak is very but very small it looks lime 4 oz if that much. Shrimp ok but also only 4 small. But the worst the service very bad service.

My kids had never been and enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was not great neither the service. We went through our entire meal with no drink refills. The waiter failed to ask how we were or if we needed anything.

Great customer service!
Visit the Grapevine location yesterday. I had the worst waitress in my entire life. Sadly we never have great customer service at this location but go about once year, because my kids enjoy it. By the end of our meal, both my kids said they never want to come back!
